Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Staff Nurse for Advanced Healthcare will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting patient education and promoting health literacy
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of safety
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Staying current with industry developments and best practices in nursing care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact State license
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher
- Pain Management Certification, preferred
