Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join their team in Hope, California. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid California state SLP License.

Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the 2024-2025 school year and offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, and health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students with varying needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • A valid California state SLP License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
