Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician at ChenMed, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our seniors. You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric patients.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work closely with our care teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based medicine and best practices in primary care.
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • Current State Medical License or ability to obtain one.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
