Overview:
Responsible for planning, delivering, and/or overseeing the nursing care of patients with efficiency and compassion.
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals in care planning, adheres to safety protocols, and complies with infection control standards.
Operates independently with minimal oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Delivers direct patient care following physician directives in a compassionate and supportive manner.
Records vital signs and other relevant data.
Evaluates patient conditions and administers appropriate treatments.
Dispenses prescribed medications.
Provides guidance while working collaboratively with fellow caregivers.
Engages in maintaining unit readiness for accreditation assessments.
Assists with patient evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
RN licensure in Ohio is mandatory.
Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) or be able to obtain within one year of hire.
Further Information:
Multiple positions are available across various nursing specialties.
Opportunities for full-time or part-time roles are offered, with shifts available during the day or night. Full-time positions require 36 hours per week (day shift from 7 am to 7:30 pm and night shift from 7 pm to 7:30 am). Part-time roles involve a few shifts weekly.
Competitive shift differentials of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr are provided.
The organization offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $29.00 to $45.00, based on qualifications and experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available (disbursed in three annual installments of $5,000), alongside a comprehensive benefits package and potential relocation assistance.
