About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Crane Specialist to join our team at MSI, a leading supplier of flooring tile, countertops, wall and backsplash tile, and hardscaping surfaces products in North America.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating overhead cranes to efficiently pull slabs from the warehouse, move them to loading areas, load them onto customer vehicles/trucks, and unload them from containers using forklifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, knowledge of crane operation, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Pull slabs from the warehouse based on slab orders provided
  • Moving slabs to loading areas using overhead cranes
  • Loading slabs onto customer vehicles/trucks
  • Ensuring product is well secured on vehicle/truck and taking all necessary safety measures
  • Unloading slabs from containers using forklifts
  • Arranging slabs properly by forklift/crane in Slab Warehouse
  • Maintaining the slab warehouse clean and safe for staff and customers
Requirements
  • High School Education or equivalent required
  • Two (2) plus years' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Forklift, crane and warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs
  • Ability to use Smart Phones/Tablets
  • Good communicate skills
