What You'll Be Doing:
- Completing thorough and timely bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Conducting suicide assessments with detailed protective and risk factors.
- Ensuring accurate and well-organized written documentation.
- Maintaining correct billing and notes.
- Developing treatment plans by the 5th visit.
- Completing three-month summaries every three months.
- Maintaining productivity at 65% for direct service hours.
- Creating measurable, behavioral, and goal-directed treatment plans.
- Planning discharge with future service needs addressed.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Bilingual preferred.
