Job Summary

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Unit Clerk to join our Mother Baby Unit team. As a Unit Clerk, you will provide exceptional support to patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and efficient environment of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient throughput, including admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Support patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, and overall environment of care
  • Provide reception-type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three to six months of previous related experience preferred
  • Customer service, retail, or clerical experience a plus
