Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Lead Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy technicians and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be the point of contact for pharmacy-related issues and will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve pharmacy efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • National certification as a pharmacy technician (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
