Job Description

The Sales Specialist - SupplySight Inventory Management role reports to Sales Management, working closely with the corporate SupplySight Operations team. Key responsibilities include maximizing customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory levels, increasing sales through operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Job Duties
  • Build relationships with key customer personnel, contributing to negotiations and discussions to promote ongoing improvement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, product additions, updates, or changes.
  • Develop an understanding of major product groupings and products to effectively service, stock, and present product solutions.
  • Increase sales and product SKUs through effective operational measures and customer service practices.
  • Identify new potential opportunities through qualifying and prospecting within the account.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and CRM to provide value-added analysis and support future growth.
  • Collaborate with the inside operations team and assigned outside sales representative to service the customer effectively.
  • Operate a company vehicle to replenish onsite IM programs and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment onsite at major client SupplySight Program Accounts.
  • Utilize resources to teach and tailor product solutions to client environments.
  • Maintain organized inventory in accordance with RSH policies, ensuring proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging.
  • Analyze and investigate inventory variances, implementing corrective actions to reduce/eliminate variances.
  • Drive productivity, quality, inventory control, and safety performance throughout the customer's organization.
  • Maintain a daily inventory dashboard report to review supply-chain timing and projected inventory consumption.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license (Required)
  • 1-year B2B Sales and/or Operations experience (Preferred)
