Job Summary:

This position involves providing exceptional support to military personnel and their families, ensuring seamless access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage beneficiary services, including claim resolution and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze complex cases and develop effective solutions to address client concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on TRICARE contract language, regional healthcare initiatives, and federal health benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, management, or healthcare organizations from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years' experience as a PEBLO within the DoD military health system, or equivalent experience in civilian disability programs or VA Medical Service Coordinator roles.
  • Possess practical knowledge of TRICARE contract language, regional healthcare issues, and federal health benefits programs.
