  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IBM MDM Advanced Edition systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure the integration of various systems and applications to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality code and reduce technical debt.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Java, Database, and SQL, as well as Unix Shell Scripting and MDM Architecture.
  • Extensive experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects to successful completion.
  • Certified Java Developer and IBM Certified Solution Expert - InfoSphere MDM.
