Key Responsibilities

As a Bakery Team Member - Food Production Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety">
  • Preparing and packaging baked goods, including bread, bagels, and pastries">
  • Assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, and rotating product">
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner">
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet sales goals and ensure efficient operations">
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge">
