Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- License: Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certifications: Certified immunizer preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work a variety of schedules and lead a high-performing team.
