Electronics Engineer - I

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer - I to join our team at North American Lighting. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide design, development, and production support for new product launches and development projects pertaining to electronics in exterior automotive lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide design, development, and production support for new lighting products to meet program timing goals.
  • Conduct and oversee design validation tests for prototype and production hardware.
  • Recommend and implement design changes to production products based on prototype testing results.
  • Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R, wiring schematics, component selection, and other technical support on assigned programs per customer requirements.
  • Provide electronics-related guidance and technical advice to design and engineering for new product development and production programs.
  • Generate new concepts for improving electronics design capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a position involving electronics development.
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering within automotive manufacturing is preferred.
