We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at GPAC, specializing in Litigation and Medical Malpractice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and prosecution of personal injury and medical malpractice cases
- Conduct research and gather information to support case development
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests and motions
- Coordinate with medical professionals to obtain medical records and expert opinions
- Assist in the drafting of pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in Litigation and Medical Malpractice
