We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our customer service center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
  • Utilize computerized systems to track, gather, and troubleshoot customer information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client regulations and policies.
  • Report any system issues or concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and fluently in both languages.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times and as part of a team.
  • Must participate in and certify in internal CCO training, as well as Medicare training, to begin this role.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our office location, with the possibility of overtime and scheduled holidays.
