Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather, and troubleshoot customer information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client regulations and policies.
- Report any system issues or concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and fluently in both languages.
- Ability to work within established turnaround times and as part of a team.
- Must participate in and certify in internal CCO training, as well as Medicare training, to begin this role.
- Must be able to work on-site at our office location, with the possibility of overtime and scheduled holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of $19.78, with a 10% shift differential for evening shifts.
