Key Responsibilities
- Effectively interpret the surgical schedule and take initiative in managing instrumentation and workflow.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of decontamination and sterilization protocols, ensuring all protective measures are in place.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating sterilization equipment and supplies, and mentor new staff in proper cleaning and storage techniques.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant experience in Central Supply or Sterile Processing within a healthcare setting.
- National Certification in Sterile Processing or an equivalent credential.
