  • Document medication provision, services delivered, and resident condition accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff members regarding resident health questions and concerns.
  • Escort residents to various parts of the building as needed and assist with resident activities.
  • Assist with meal service, including serving residents and cleaning tables.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment within assigned duty areas.
  • Respond promptly to resident call light signals and treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of medication administration and documentation.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
