Tribal Enrollment Coordinator

COLSA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tribal Enrollment Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Tribal Enrollment Committee.
This role involves preparing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining attendance logs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for accepting and processing applications for Tribal enrollment, monitoring progress, and notifying applicants of their status.
Additional duties include managing enrollment files, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to Tribal Enrollment Committee policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and maintain attendance logs
- Accept and process applications for Tribal enrollment
- Monitor progress and notify applicants of their status
- Manage enrollment files and ensure confidentiality
- Adhere to Tribal Enrollment Committee policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2+ years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
