Sellersburg LPN Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Sellersburg, IN. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Other LPN duties as assigned.
- Current LPN License in the state in which the LPN practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.
