We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Specialist to become a vital part of our esteemed medical team.
Our division comprises a collaborative group of 5 full-time physicians along with 2 nurse practitioners. The outpatient clinic is equipped with 6 examination rooms, a 10-room infusion center, outpatient procedural facilities, and a 13-bed inpatient unit, all designed to provide comprehensive care.
With approximately 60 newly diagnosed oncology cases annually and nearly 200 patients with sickle cell disease, the selected candidate will engage with a diverse range of cases in both Hematology and Oncology. Our extensive multidisciplinary team includes certified nurses, social workers, child life specialists, pediatric psychologists, a nurse educator, and two research coordinators, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
Additionally, our clinic features an innovative 270-degree immersion room that offers entertainment to our young patients during extended infusion treatments.
