Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team at Landmark Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and verifying criteria required by the factory distributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty paperwork, including repair orders and customer records.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.
  • Keep track of all warranty parts, including repair order numbers, dates of replacement, and disposal dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service and customer records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an automotive dealership warranty administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
  • Valid GA Driver's License with a clean MVR.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
