- Lease apartments and promote the property’s products and services to potential residents.
- Assist prospective residents in completing online applications.
- Respond to internet inquiries, handle prospect calls, and conduct property tours in accordance with guidelines outlined in training materials.
- Work towards optimizing occupancy while maximizing rental income.
- Implement established sales and marketing strategies to enhance property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and strive to exceed budgeted occupancy goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and its competition.
- Assist with market surveys as necessary.
- Collect deposits and/or fees related to move-ins.
- Accurately prepare and possess thorough knowledge of all lease-related documentation.
- Maintain precise records of prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other data entry tasks as required.
- Inspect units quarterly and prior to move-ins.
- Help plan and host resident events.
- Support residents during the move-out process.
- Assist in the execution of the turn process.
- Document and file service requests from residents upon receipt.
- Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
