Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Univesco, Inc., a leading property management company in Dallas, Texas. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for effectively combining sales, marketing, and customer service skills to maintain positive relations in our multi-family community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the property management team to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of leasing rules, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.

Requirements:

• At least one year of current proven experience in multi-family leasing or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of leasing rules, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a working knowledge of the English language.
