As the Compliance and Benefits Officer at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM), you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. You will also be responsible for administering employee benefits and ensuring that employees have a good understanding of all employee benefits available to them.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Maximize the usage of Paylocity to ensure that staff maintain program and regulatory compliance. Work with programs to understand and implement strategies to address gaps.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and ensure that employees have a good understanding of all employee benefits available to them.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Collaborate with IT to update and maintain the HRIS system to maximize system usage.

The estimated salary for this position is $105,000 per year.
