We are looking for an experienced Compliance Assurance Analyst to join our team at Contemporary Staffing Solutions in Philadelphia, PA. This is a temporary-to-hire, hybrid opportunity with a starting rate of $32/hour based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and accuracy of client benefit setups.

About the Position

You will conduct thorough audits of client benefits and setups, review claims systems and benefit templates, and document and communicate audit findings to internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve setup issues and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of client benefits and setups to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and implementation teams to resolve setup issues and ensure timely benefit adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards for benefit plans.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree preferred or 3-4 years of relevant experience in benefits, claims, or auditing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with auditing processes and healthcare product benefits.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefit/claims processing software, such as HealthRules Manager/Designer.
