KIPP Oklahoma currently serves over 1,000 students and supports numerous alumni. The KIPP Oklahoma network includes KIPP Tulsa Public Charter Schools (grades 6-12) and KIPP OKC Public Schools (grades PreK, Kindergarten, and 5th-8th). Vision:
Every child grows up with the freedom to shape the future they envision for themselves and their communities.
We Are a Team & Family
At KIPP, we recognize the unique strengths of everyone who enters our schools, especially our educators. Their expertise, enthusiasm, compassion, and determination are invaluable. We support our teachers in maximizing these strengths, beginning with respect for their innate abilities and aspirations for professional growth, as well as for their lives outside our walls.
WHY YOU'LL ENJOY TEACHING AT KIPP
Collaborative Values-Driven Team
In both school-based and campus support roles, our team is dedicated to embodying our values. We work together in schools and communities, not just classrooms, sharing responsibility for collective success. Like a family, we act with empathy and support one another in building strong relationships.

Join a national network of 280 KIPP schools and three dedicated schools in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. We believe in the limitless potential of all individuals. Our hope, determination, and optimism inspire our daily efforts toward achieving a more equitable and just world, starting with our KIPP scholars.
Recognized and Valued
Our educators receive competitive compensation and have access to the tools, training, and technology necessary to foster innovation in the classroom.
Continuous Learning Opportunities
The joy of teaching lies in the endless opportunities for growth. We support our educators—whether they are in their first year or their twentieth—with personalized coaching, professional learning communities, leadership development programs, and extensive resource-sharing.
Creating Joyful Experiences
From family movie nights to staff professional development sessions filled with spontaneous music and dance, we cultivate and celebrate joyful moments with our students, their families, and each other.
