Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to fill a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with various trauma and illnesses, utilizing decisive action and critical thinking skills.
  • Provide care for patients from diverse backgrounds and medical conditions, requiring a strong understanding of general and specific health issues.
  • Triaging patients based on medical need, prioritizing injuries and illnesses to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
Requirements
  • Active RN license and degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required, depending on the facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
