Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our PACU. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare team members, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes, and revise plans as necessary.
- Document patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
