Program Coordinator Job Summary

As a Program Coordinator at TidalHealth, you will play a critical role in the operational and financial management of our residency training programs. Under the oversight and direction of the Residency Program Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the program, including managing administrative workflows, maintaining databases, and communicating with faculty and trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and direct programmatic issues, including long-range planning, recruiting trainees, and developing projects
  • Analyze administrative workflows and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records
  • Communicate effectively with faculty, trainees, and other stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external program relations
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Experience with MS Office required; GME experience preferred
  • Experience in an educational or training environment preferred
  • Experience with residency rotation coordination preferred
