Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Mechanic to ensure the optimal performance of our vehicles and heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and various equipment, from light-duty pickups to Class 8 vehicles.
  • Perform repairs on all ground-engaging machinery and execute incidental welding tasks as needed.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records for all equipment, including service logs, parts usage, repair costs, and inspection schedules.
  • Complete 8-10 repair orders daily, focusing on routine maintenance and oil changes for the fleet.
  • Execute 90-day BIT inspections on all equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant mechanical experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience working in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Capable of lifting, climbing, and carrying ladders weighing up to 80 lbs.
