Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the development of processes, training initiatives, and procedural improvements.
2. Formulate and enforce Standard Operating Policies and Procedures while identifying operational challenges and establishing metrics to evaluate performance.
3. Promote effective communication across departments including Finance, Merchandising, HR, and IT.
4. Lead teams in conducting operational audits and ensure adherence to established policies and protocols.
5. Manage the Six Sigma/Process Excellence program to enhance operational consistency and efficiency.
6. Analyze and investigate solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
7. Supervise a team of professional contributors and support personnel, primarily working in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional travel requirements.
Minimum QualificationsApplicants must be at least 18 years of age and pass any pre-employment assessments as necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required, along with 7 or more years of experience. An advanced degree may compensate for less experience in certain areas.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in assessing quality improvement needs and executing effective strategies and procedures is highly desirable.
