Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of pediatric patients

Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
  • Certification as a Case Manager is preferred
