Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

TridentCare is seeking experienced Mobile Phlebotomists to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a company vehicle to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by the dispatcher.
  • Unload phlebotomy supplies and collect blood samples from patients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including specimen collection and delivery.
  • Adhere to Universal Precautions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid State phlebotomy license (if applicable).
  • Current, valid State Driver's license; car insurance; good driving record; and a vehicle in good working condition.
  • Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using both vacutainer and syringe techniques.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and maintenance of sterile, sanitary conditions.
