Aurora Enterprises is seeking a skilled Product Category Manager to oversee the development, marketing, and sales of products within a specific category. This includes analyzing market trends and competition to make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and assortment management in the categories of trendy items, paper, office, and stationery.
- Independent price and condition negotiations, maintenance, and expansion of the supplier network.
- Conducting market, assortment, and competition analyses.
- Monitoring and ensuring product availability, harmonizing, and optimizing product presentation.
- Continuous development of the product portfolio and identification of trends to ensure an optimal supply and demand situation.
- Ongoing sales monitoring.
- Development and implementation of suitable measures to increase sales and profits in collaboration with other departments.
- Relevant professional experience and knowledge in trading with the product categories of trendy items, paper, office, and stationery.
- Excellent market, product, and assortment knowledge in the area of trendy items, paper, office, and stationery.
- Ideal knowledge in the category of toys.
- Experience in purchasing, category management, product management, or quality management in a retail company or as a retailer with a focus on trendy items, paper, office, and stationery.
- Quick comprehension, good communication skills, and numerical understanding.
- Independent, dedicated, and results-oriented work style.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
