Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Discharge Planning and Patient Education: Develop and implement discharge plans, providing patients and their families with education and support to ensure a smooth transition to post-hospital care.
- Compassionate Patient Care: Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- RN License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS Certification: Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment. PAM Health offers support for obtaining ACLS certification.
- Charge Nurse, High Ops, and ICU Requirements: ACLS certification is required from day one for these roles.
