We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Communities United, Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a developmentally appropriate toddler classroom environment that fosters positive child interaction, curriculum, and child assessment.
Responsibilities:- Assist the team in creating a comprehensive services plan for each child and family in all areas, including health, nutrition, mental health, social service, community, and family engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the center team to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children and families.
- Implement and maintain a toddler classroom that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families to ensure a strong home-school connection.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree and meeting MA EEC teacher qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
