Elmington Property Management is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to oversee the leasing process, communicate with tenants, and manage community reputation.

We're looking for a professional who can effectively manage social media, direct communication, and marketing to promote our properties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the leasing process and communicating with prospective and current tenants.
  • Managing the community's reputation through social media, direct communication, and marketing.
  • Constantly learning and searching for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
  • Thinking creatively and conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business.
  • Working with passion and taking pride in their work.
  • Being an effective listener and offering helpful solutions.
  • Possessing great energy, enjoying challenges, and constantly setting and reaching new goals.
  • Executing Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance.
