About the Role

As a Quality Enhancement Coordinator at Chrysalis, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting morning checks/inspections for cleanliness and safety, as well as state and local regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Afternoon Quick Checks to assess staff training and safety preparedness.
  • Dispersing audit forms and reporting findings to the management team.
  • Dispatching contractors and vendors to provide major repair services as needed.
  • Identifying and reporting immediate safety concerns or other issues within the properties to the Associate and Area Director.
  • Maintaining daily communication with Residential Managers, Associate Directors, and Area Director.
  • Ensuring proper care and attention for our 24-hour care residents through Grave Checks/inspections.
  • Developing relationships with residential clients and staff to improve the living and working environment.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
