Job Title: Audit Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee and manage the audit process for our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your expertise in audit management, QuickBooks, and accounting will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to audit team members, including conducting performance evaluations and mentoring.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive services to clients.
Qualifications:
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, auditing, accounting, tax, and risk management.
  • Experience with EBP, government, and/or not-for-profit audits is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
