As a Principal Product Manager focused on our Platform Strategy and Integration Experiences, your role will be pivotal in enabling our customers to optimize their workflows across all tools, including both Atlassian products and third-party applications. You will also streamline the process for Administrators to set up, configure, and maintain this suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in product and platform management to thoroughly investigate complex and ambiguous challenges, identify opportunities, and address significant issues.
  • Engage directly with Enterprise clients to comprehend their requirements and develop relevant use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal product managers and teams to gather customer insights and pain points.
  • Articulate ambitious visions, integrate market and customer demands into cohesive narratives, and work collaboratively across Atlassian to bring these to fruition.
  • Influence and coordinate efforts across the organization, from clients to developers and senior leadership.
  • Delve into intricate problems and use cases related to automation platforms, integrations, and analytics.

You will report to the Head of Product.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management.
  • A background in developing platform strategies and direct engagement with clients in a B2B Enterprise SaaS context.
  • Consulting experience that involves direct client interaction and translating their needs into actionable use cases and strategies.
  • Extensive experience in product management, particularly in building integrations for large-scale platforms.
  • A proven track record of defining and executing complex platform strategies that deliver business and customer value.
  • The ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze complex issues, prioritizing business and customer needs effectively.
  • A capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment where tasks and topics vary, requiring quick adaptation and learning.
  • A commitment to enhancing product quality and driving best practices throughout the organization.
