Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker II to join our team at Needham Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a complete range of customer services, including account opening, product explanations, and transaction processing.
  • Gain full knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and development of tellers and personal bankers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two plus years of teller or cash handling experience with accurate balancing record.
  • Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturday mornings.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Basic knowledge of keyboard and computer skills.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with a calculator.
  • Must have basic business acumen and professionalism.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and alliances across the organization.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
