About the Role

The Senior Benefit Analyst will report to the Director of Benefits and be responsible for administering one or more health and welfare benefit programs for Aimbridge Hospitality. This position requires a balance of experience in employee benefits, vendor management, and knowledge of internal HR operations to ensure efficient plan administration.

Key Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of progressing benefits administration experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Subject-matter expert on health and welfare benefits, including experience with self-funded medical plans
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills
  • Able to handle a superior level of confidentiality concerning associate information
Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in the execution and administration of benefit programs and provides analytical support for various benefit policies and programs
  • Partners with external and internal partners, including HR Operations, to ensure effective and timely handling of Health and Welfare benefit operations
  • Manages complex escalations requiring interpretation of plan designs and contracts
  • May provide leadership coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
  • Makes positive employee experience a priority while prudently managing investments in benefit programs
