Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Trainer to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for conducting stand-up training sessions, assisting with new employee orientation, and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct stand-up training sessions for groups of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Assist with new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure all interview and selection policies and procedures are followed.
  • Conduct applicant interviews for hourly and management positions.
  • Ensure company grooming standards are communicated effectively to all new employees.
  • Prepare and coordinate training materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
