Concessions Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concessions Bartender to join our team at Levy, a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry. As a Concessions Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, take and process orders, and mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes.
• Check guests for proper identification, detect and act upon guest inebriation, and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment, and cash, and perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
