Concessions Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concessions Server to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. As a Concessions Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, take and/or process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes, and practice prudent portion control.
• Check guests at the bar for proper identification, detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
• Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops, and secure bank.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards, keep work area clean and organized, and arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
• Wash and sterilize stemware, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
