Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for healthcare projects, including creating and updating 3D models, preparing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all project requirements are met, and BIM models accurately represent the design intent.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Review and evaluate the BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders have access to the latest BIM information and that all changes are communicated effectively.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM training programs for staff and project partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, software, and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, specifically in healthcare projects.
- 3-5 years of Revit & AutoCAD experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with prefab construction manufacturing processes is a plus.
Capsule Manufacturing offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
