Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at House of Cars Arizona. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.


Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
  • Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing or lease plans for customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
  • Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and promote repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
