Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Civil Structural Engineer IV to lead our structural analysis and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a commitment to safety in daily activities and implement safety measures in work designs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both orally and in writing.
  • Perform structural analysis and design, prepare detailed design calculations and drawings.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Manage client relationships and develop repeat business opportunities.
  • Prepare intermediate to advanced level specifications for project assignments.
  • Plan and manage workload, budgets, and project resources.

Requirements:

  • PE license required; SE license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Experience with STAAD Pro, RISA 3d, Foundation, and Connection.
  • MicroStation and Autodesk Advance Steel experience a plus.
  • 5-10+ years of design experience preferred.
  • Chemical plant or refinery experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's of Science in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
