Estimated payment breakdown:
- $2125.00/week
- $640.00-$760.00 in weekly taxable income

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as peripheral vertigo and lymphedema.
- Collaborate with a team of nine clinicians and three non-clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Manage an average caseload of 9 patients per day, with a focus on delivering 30 minutes of individualized care per patient.
Qualifications:
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- State License as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
- NPI Number
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting from 50-100 lbs.
